2020 Top wedding trends
As 2020 is getting closer and as we have already started working on new 2020 projects, new trends are here to make a statement!
Sustainable weddings: As President Trump insists on his views on ecology and as the planet yells for more eco-friendly materials, weddings ought to be sustainable too. Try avoid plastics as much as possible, use biodegradable straws for your cocktails, use withering flowers for fertilizer, offer plant-pot favors, reuse structures and arrangements, print your invites on eco-papers or use soybased-inks and decorate with natural-died fabrics.
Bold colors: While waiting for Pantone to vote the color of the year, bold colors and vibrant patterns earn more ground. Enough with white and blush hues! Wedding decoration gets bigger, bolder and more dramatic. Couples experiment with floral arrangements, create textures and give character to each tablescape. Deep greens, burgundy reds, mysterious violets and dark blues are here to provoke emotions, make bold statements and add intensity to every event!
Live acts and experiences: Live performances, smoke bombs, interactive photobooths and bars, calligraphy stations, dancers and magicians can upgrade every event to an unforgettable experience! Guest are not only invited to a wedding, they are called to interact and actively become part of the fun, by mixing their own candy bar flavors, get a personalized calligraphy favor, write their wishes on a frame the couple would hold forever, pose in front of interactive mirror booths or live backdrops! Why just attend a wedding when you can just be part of it!
Neon lighting: Couples pay more attention to their wedding lighting. Pin-spotting, dance floor lighting, sting lights and fairy lights are always on the table, but lately neon signs make an unexpected entrance. Couple’s initials, names, fun mottos or favorite quotes make every wedding reception brighter and super cool!
Fashion statement weddings: Fashion is always in fashion! Couples pay more and more attention to their wardrobe, follow the latest trends and prefer to make a fashionable statement than wear something common and expected. Bold jewelry, unexpected shoes, a colored dress or a statement jacket can always bring out your personal style and make everyone talk about you!
Go on choose your favorite trend and let’s make a wedding statement!
